Privacy policy
Effective from: 23 September 2026.
This policy explains which personal data we collect when you use termotrening.hr and attend TermoTrening Academy training, why we collect it, how long we retain it and your rights under the GDPR.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Alfasol d.o.o., OIB 40343790595, Ulica kneza Branimira 189, Zagreb.

2. Data, purposes and retention
We collect only data needed for applications, attendance records, confirmations and badges, the public registry with consent, enquiries, notifications with consent, participant experiences with consent, photographs, website security and accounting obligations.
Application data is generally retained for 3 years after training, invoices for 11 years, badge records while valid and 5 years afterwards, enquiries for 12 months, and business enquiries for 2 years. Consent based data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
A name and contact are required to arrange training and issue confirmation. Other consents are voluntary.
3. Recipients
We do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorised Alfasol employees and contracted providers for hosting, database, Jotform forms, email, business and accounting systems, and public authorities where required by law.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU US Data Privacy Framework or European Commission standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and similar tools
The website currently uses only technically necessary cookies and browser storage. Google Fonts receives your IP address when fonts load. Analytics or marketing cookies will be used only after prior consent.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate interest processing and withdraw consent. Send requests using the contact in section 1. We normally reply within one month.
You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you solely by automated processing and do not create profiles with legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Minors
Training is intended for adults. Persons under 16 must not submit personal data without parental or guardian consent.
9. Security
We protect data using HTTPS, restricted access, database access rules and contracts with processors.
10. Policy changes
The current version is always published here with its effective date. We will notify you of material changes by email where we have your contact.
